Pray, Pray, Pray! Thank you Jesus for the Miracle that you provided for me on Oct. 6, 2004! This is the day I officially received word from Moffitt Cancer Center that my Astrocytoma Stage 3 Brain Tumor was completely gone. Here is my story!

On Dec. 17, 2003, I had my amazing daughter, Zoey, which was and is completely awesome. In April 2004, I began having no-talking seizures three times, over a two-week period. After my last seizure, I was taken to Tampa General Hospital where I stayed for five days. They determined it was a brain tumor. A biopsy was completed and afterwards, a surgeon informed me that the tumor was inoperable. He stated that I would lose my ability to understand speech & probably be unable to talk if I underwent surgery.

Thank you Jesus for helping me to find a wonderful surgeon in Orlando who looked at my tumor scans & agreed this was indeed difficult, yet worth the chances. He immediately referred me to Dr. Brem, at Moffitt Cancer Center. Dr. Brem met with me and scheduled my surgery. In surgery, they were only able to remove 51% of my tumor. I then began radiation and oral chemotherapy, Monday thru Friday, for 5 1/2 weeks.

I am so thankful that I did not get sick from either of these. I worked out at Ballys Fitness three to four days per week and felt great. My energy levels remained high along with my emotional well-being. I was continuously listening to Christian CDs & praising God for everything.

During my chemotherapy & radiation, I visited a couple of churches like Revealing Truth Ministries in Tampa FL, where I was a member. I was participating in a Healing Week. Pastor Greg Powe placed his hands on my head & asked the entire church to pray for me. He anointed me with a blessing asking God to remove the tumor from my brain. I also visited Victory Apostolic in Lutz FL, with Pastor Tom Drummond. He & his church members also placed their hands on me and asked God to remove my tumor. During this time of visiting the churches, I was also being prayed for by thousands of people, most of whom I did not even know. Prayer works!

On the 3rd week of my chemotherapy & radiation, I went to Moffitt for an MRI. The doctor met with me afterwards and told me he was amazed at my energy level and overall good health. He stated that he has never seen anyone go thru this process and be this healthy. I told him it was because I am healed! My tumor is gone! I honestly felt Jesus lift it out of my body while I was praying to Him one day!

I truly believe God healed me in order for me to spread the message to YOU about my story! I was saved and brought Jesus into my life at a young age. I believed in Him, yet was not honoring Him completely as I have been since he saved my life. The more you believe and honor Jesus with Hope, Love, Faith & Trust you will have Miracles like this happen to you! Know He can heal anything!

I have helped others by telling my story. One person that I worked with received healing in October that same year along with another in Virginia. These people had brain tumors & other health issues. Everything happens for a reason. Trust God to Bless and Heal You!
